Position: Oracle Supply Chain EBS Functional Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Supply Chain EBS Functional Consultant with 10+ years of expertise in Manufacturing (Discrete), Bill of Materials (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), and Inventory. The ideal candidate should have successfully completed at least two full project lifecycles, including implementations, rollouts, and MES integrations. This role requires deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS, hands-on configuration skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and upgrades of Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules, focusing on Discrete Manufacturing (WIP, BOM, Inventory, and related modules).
Gather and analyze business requirements, design functional solutions, and configure Oracle EBS to align with operational needs.
Work closely with technical teams to develop custom extensions, interfaces, reports, and workflows.
Drive MES (Manufacturing Execution System) integrations with Oracle EBS, ensuring seamless data flow and production process optimization.
Conduct user training, UAT, and system documentation to ensure smooth adoption and support.
Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Oracle EBS Supply Chain applications.
Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices, industry standards, and organizational policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as an Oracle Supply Chain EBS Functional Consultant.
Strong expertise in Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing, BOM, WIP, and Inventory modules.
Hands-on experience with at least two full project lifecycles (implementations, rollouts, or upgrades).
Experience integrating MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) with Oracle EBS.
Deep understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes within Oracle EBS.
Ability to work with PL/SQL queries, APIs, and Oracle Forms/Reports (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in multi-org, multi-country rollouts.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM and migration from EBS to Cloud.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
