RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Manager, Product Owner in Orlando, FL.
Responsibilities:
* Manager, Product Owner will maintain a rolling 12-month product roadmap aligned with company strategy
* Prioritize and refine product features, balancing user needs and business goals
* Drive end-to-end product delivery
* Deliver product outcomes to key business metrics, using data to evaluate opportunities and adjust strategies for maximum impact
* As a Manager, Product Owner, you will address stakeholder feedback, build consensus, and effectively escalate when necessary
* Collaborate with engineering and design to create innovative solutions that balance technical feasibility, design excellence, and resource constraints
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field (MBA preferred)
* 3+ years of product management experience, focusing on data analytics or insights
* Proficiency in analytics tools and a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making
* Proven ability to write clear, actionable specifications and prioritize features based on business impact
* Exceptional communication skills, with experience in aligning diverse stakeholders
* Analytical mindset with a history of leveraging data to inform strategic decisions
Preferred:
* Experience in the travel, hospitality, or timeshare industries
* Familiarity with AI/ML, customer lifecycle analytics, and advanced reporting platforms
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
