  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Product Designer

Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Product Designer for a contract position in Redmond, WA. The opportunity will be four months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Position Summary: The main function of this role is to design, develop, and implement applications using general languages and technologies to support business requirements.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications.
  • Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts.
  • Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement, and support a solution.
  • Assure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met for the supported area.
  • Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment.
  • Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field required.
  • 2-4 years of experience required.
  • Development experience in needed language or technology.
  • Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and successful deployment of large-scale projects from end-to-end.
  • Hands-on experience in following the iterative and agile SDLC.
  • Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field.
  • No degree is required to be eligible for this role.
  • Hands-on UX experience; large company/corporate experience is a plus. Candidates should have excellent UX/UI skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in communication and task management is a must. Prefer individuals with at least 2-3 years of experience in tech and/or agency. Data-dense experience would be ideal.
  • Performance will be assessed based on how deadlines are met and the quality of work, along with team feedback.
  • Candidates without portfolio/work samples provided with resume submission will not be considered.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in FIGMA Design tooling.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in UX design.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with web tech familiarity.
