This is a new position joining the FIJI Water Sales Planning team. This team is highly collaborative, supports Sales at every level, and is dedicated to continuous improvement. This position reports to the Director of FIJI Water Sales Planning. This position is a remote, US-based opportunity.

Job Description
The goal of the team is to drive sales growth through providing better data, analytics, and tools to the sales team. The Sales Planning Analyst is a key member of the FIJI Water Sales Planning team and contributes to the team mission in the following ways:
- Create internal, fact-based presentations using a variety of data sources.
- Present actionable insights to a variety of internal audiences including sales team, sales leadership, senior leadership team, and executive leaders.
- Analyze and understand category and competitive trends.
- Form strong working relationships with Sales, Marketing, and other TWC teams.
- Synthesize data from multiple sources.
- Update data and maintain systems behind reporting (depletions, consumption, shipments, etc.)
- Present data in an easy-to-understand format including effective data visualization to increase audience understanding.
- Turn data into action: Interpret various data and internal research to develop informed actionable insights and narratives.
- Provide a fact-based point of view in deliverables.
- Ensure insights and strategy are executed through maintaining sales scorecards.
- Uncover ways to reduce non-sales work from sales team including creating templates and processes, maintaining reference sheets, and administrative work.
- This role has the potential to assist in Sales Forecasting.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in sales operations, sales planning, category management, shopper insights, marketing, consulting, or brand management. CPG and/or Retail Sales experience preferred.
- Advanced capabilities with Microsoft Office with an emphasis on PowerPoint.
- Proven success in highlighting key insights or opportunities visually/PowerPoint.
- Experience with data sources services such as Circana, Nielsen, 84.51, VIP iDIG preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; experience presenting to senior executives and creating compelling data visuals.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; ability to integrate multiple data sets to identify opportunities and make recommendations.
- Ability to interpret and articulate data/insights clearly and succinctly.
- Customer service mindset to ensure internal partners receive quality sales support.
- Focused, highly organized, attention to detail, results-oriented individual.
- Collaborative 1:1 and in group settings at all levels.
- Values accuracy and facts.
- Must be self-motivated and work well within a team environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
- Project Management is a plus.
- Cross-functional knowledge, including sales, finance, and/or marketing is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related field
- Travel as needed (sales meetings, trainings, etc.)
