  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Legal Counsel at Mamaket. The Chief Legal Counsel will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters, providing legal advice, negotiating contracts, preparing legal documents, and addressing any legal issues that may arise within the company.

Qualifications

  • Law and Legal Issues expertise
  • Contract Negotiation skills
  • Legal Document Preparation
  • Legal Advice proficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience working in e-commerce or immigration law is a plus
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Bar membership
