The ideal candidate for this position will be a high performing organizational change (learning and communications) professional with robust experience in transformational and digital programs and/or projects—including proven experience in: designing, developing, and delivering learning materials, programs, and communications to robust audiences globally. This person will be a strong deliverer of organizational change work products in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple and competing priorities from multiple leaders.
What You Will Work On
The focus of the TCO Change Lead is to support planning, creation, and delivery of Transition Management (TM) deliverables across the SEC program. By fulfilling these objectives, you will support the SEC program narrative, engage and inspire impacted stakeholders, and amplify TCO messages.
The TCO Change Lead builds key deliverables that can be leveraged through innovative tactics that engage and deliver TCO’s strategies and program outcomes. The incumbent, plans and performs detailed analyses of Organizational Change data including Change Impacts, Stakeholders, Engagement, Training Needs, and People Readiness. If this is you, you’ll track the effectiveness of the change and learning activities on an on-going basis. You will help establish and monitor KPIs and completion metrics for Organizational Change activities. These include new learning programs and techniques to measure and monitor effectiveness.
In addition, you will help create and execute Function and Geo Adoption plans such as, stakeholder landscapes, engagement moments, communication, and learning in support of SEC value drops. Some of your day to day activities include the development and distribution of regular and ad-hoc TCO analysis, project-related performance reports, and the creation of high-quality, consistent change management and communications materials and content. You will build effective working relationships across the organization within geographies, functions, and the SEC program.

You will be part of the functional change management squad reporting to a TCO Change Director. You will support SEC functions and work closely with the SEC functional lead, capability leaders, global process experts and representatives from the business.

What You Bring
- Robust experience in delivering Organizational Change with a focus on development of communications and learning content.
- Proven ability to translate and deliver highly effective work product based on strategic intent, strategy, or general guidance.
- Ability to plan, manage work and resources in a matrix environment working across projects and functions.
- Proven experience leveraging digital trends and applications to improve effectiveness of Organizational Change activities.
- Knowledge of, and experience using best practices, standardized frameworks and tools/templates.
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Business, Communications, Adult Learning and/or related field required.
- Must have 4+ years professional experience in high profile communications and learning/training roles supporting global organizations.
- Previous ERP/Global Technology rollout experience preferred.
- Experience in Finance and/or Supply Chain preferred.
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Execution of high-quality deliverables to drive desired behaviors and outcomes.
- Collaborating across multiple communication and learning platforms, including social media, video and digital.
- Proven ability to plan and manage work across a complex matrix on a corporate, regional and functional basis.
- Ability to understand highly technical and specialized information and build into a compelling story.
- Deep understanding of communications and learning trends, channels and digital landscape with a digital-first mindset.
