
Stibo Master Data Lead
Location: Northeastern Region (Hybrid - 2-3 Days Onsite)
Description:
The Stibo Master Data Lead will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of a Master Data Management (MDM) solution, ensuring data integrity, governance, and seamless integration across business functions. This role involves defining MDM strategies, collaborating with business and technology teams, and leading solution design workshops to enhance product data management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in STIBO MDM, data governance, and enterprise data management best practices.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of STIBO Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, including workflow automation, data modeling, digital asset management, and integration efforts.
Define and drive STIBO solution architecture, data models, and governance frameworks.
Implement MDM best practices, including data profiling, data quality assessment, integration, and governance.
Provide technical leadership for data mapping, master data creation, and business rule implementation.
Manage STEP data migration activities, cutover, and deployment processes.
Design and maintain product master data hierarchies, taxonomies, and relationships.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology architects to prioritize and implement STIBO enhancements.
Develop and roll out data governance strategies, policies, and controls.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive experience in designing and implementing MDM solutions, particularly in product data management.
Hands-on expertise with STIBO MDM, including STEP data modeling, Web UI configurations, workflow setup, and integration with GraphQL, SOAP, REST, and IDOCs.
Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and data stewardship practices.
Proven ability to work independently, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and implement solutions in Agile environments.
Desired Skills:
Experience in the publishing industry with knowledge of industry standards such as ONIX and OCLC.
Familiarity with SAFE Agile methodology.

Pay range: $73.50-$105 per hour
