Reporting to the Sr. Accounting Manager, you will assist with our New York entities with accurate general ledger, journals, and account reconciliations, and being responsible for all daily cash management functions and payroll.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

CASH MANAGEMENT

Maintain and send daily cash position report. Review and clear any items in Wells Fargo fraud filter. Post all incoming/outgoing wires and ACHs weekly. Reconcile and post all lockbox/ATM deposits and maintain monthly cash binder. Process credit card payments. Reconcile all RB New York bank accounts.

Month-end Responsibilities

Generate iVerify lists for review and post accruals/reclasses. Reconcile and prepare lead schedules. Prepare intercompany reconciliation for RB New York entities. Run depreciation and generate asset rollforward and lease liability reports for Tax team. Review postings that impact the business units. Prepare Cost Plus calculation and invoice.

PAYROLL

Reconcile biweekly part time and full-time payroll GLs. Research and coordinate with Payroll team to resolve any payroll variance. Track outstanding manual payroll checks.

Business Unit Responsibilities

Reconcile AMEX CMC and BTA accounts for the business units. Review and process distributor billbacks. Maintain customer payments and answer questions.

AUDIT

Help prepare RB New York entities PBC items for interim and year-end audits. Help provide requested backup for selected samples.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 1+ years of accounting experience
  • SAP knowledge is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to create correspondence with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proactive with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills in a multi-cultural environment

The base salary range for this position is $52,000 to $78,000 + cash incentive. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
