  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Skillsvest is an investment fund that acts like a VC, but for human talent. We invest in high-potential individuals through innovative financial models, backing them the way traditional VCs back startups.

Now, we are building a new, independent division—Skillsvest Predictive Analytics—to apply AI in quantifying and predicting human potential.

The Problem We're Solving

Today, talent evaluation—whether in university admissions, student loans, or recruitment—is highly qualitative. Decisions are often based on subjective factors and outdated metrics rather than hard data and predictive insights.

We are building a product that applies AI to systematically assess and predict talent, offering a smarter, more scalable approach to identifying high-potential individuals.

Who We’re Looking For

We need a Technical Co-Founder (AI/ML Engineer, Full-Stack Developer, or Data Scientist) to lead and build this platform from the ground up.

Key Qualifications:

  • Expertise in AI/ML, data science, or full-stack development (Python, TensorFlow, AWS, React, etc.).
  • Experience in building and scaling AI-driven or data-heavy products.
  • Ability to lead technical strategy and execution in an early-stage startup environment.
  • Interest in human capital, fintech, education, or recruitment technologies.
