We are looking for a Technical Program Manager - Data Center Infrastructure to join our team in Redmond, WA (onsite).

Program Manager with extensive experience (10-12 years) in IT operations, particularly with a strong background in managing large teams (30-50 resources), overseeing global customers, and handling high-pressure infrastructure projects.

Skills Required ITIL Certified

Experience Required 10 to 12 years in IT operations

Relevant Experience Minimum 7 Years in Management Role in handling Global customers with direct/indirect reporting (30-50 resources)

Experience of managing Leads and First level managers

Technical Skills - Any IT (Infra) Technical skills (background) would be an added advantage (Networks Skill preferred)

Technical Certification Any Cisco Technical Certification (Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee a team of 30-40 project coordinators, ensuring seamless execution of site deployments for data center environments. This role requires end-to-end ownership of procurement, financial tracking, and deployment planning, including creating quotes, purchase orders (POs), GSRs, and bills of materials (BOMs) for sites requiring multiple devices.

The Program Manager will supervise project coordinators while collaborating closely with FTEs, vendors, and multiple stakeholders to drive efficient execution. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects, financial oversight, and supply chain coordination in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Deployment Management:

  • Supervise project coordinators and collaborate with FTEs to ensure smooth execution.
  • Define project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely procurement of devices.
  • Ensure accurate creation and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs), GSRs, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align procurement with deployment schedules.

Procurement & Financial Oversight:

  • Create and manage quotes for required devices and infrastructure.
  • Track budgets and optimize costs for large-scale deployments.
  • Oversee vendor negotiations, contract management, and financial approvals.
  • Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met for all procurement and deployment activities.

People & Stakeholder Management:

  • Supervise project coordinators and align their work with program objectives.
  • Act as the key liaison between leadership, vendors, and on-site teams.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and corporate standards.
  • Resolve escalations and proactively address risks in procurement processes.

Operational Execution & Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed documentation of procurement workflows, approvals, and deployments.
  • Generate reports on procurement status, site readiness, and financial tracking.
  • Raise and track support tickets related to site deployments in Microsoft applications.
  • Oversee the onboarding/offboarding process for team members, ensuring access management.

Preferred Skills & Additional Requirements:

  • Experience with data center infrastructure procurement & deployment
  • Strong knowledge of BOM creation, supply chain coordination, and vendor relations
  • Ability to manage high-pressure, deadline-driven projects
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
