Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the Water/Wastewater Engineering Resource Groups project schedules, team commitments, utilization, and deliverables.
Mentor, coach, and develop technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence in design.
Act as the trusted advisor to our water and wastewater clients, contributing to business development and securing new project work.
Serve as a technical lead and project manager on medium to large-scale projects involving water and wastewater treatment, storage, pumping, and distribution/collection systems.
Lead diagnostic evaluations, treatment process improvements, and system optimization efforts.
Support asset evaluations and long-term capital planning.
Represent the Water/Wastewater Group in corporate management discussions.
