Transition Service Desk to new MSP

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for a 6 to 9-month engagement (with an option to extend) to lead the implementation of ServiceNow, the deployment and integration of Moveworks AI with ServiceNow, and the transition of IT Service Desk services to a new Managed Service Provider (MSP). This role requires a strategic leader capable of coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a seamless transition while optimizing IT service management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow Implementation: Oversee the deployment and configuration of ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT service management (ITSM) best practices.
  • Moveworks AI Deployment & Integration: Manage the deployment of Moveworks AI for automated IT support, ensuring seamless integration with ServiceNow to enhance ticket resolution, self-service capabilities, and chatbot functionality.
  • Automated HR FAQs Support: Expand Moveworks AI capabilities to provide automated HR FAQs support, enabling employees to access HR-related information, policies, and self-service actions efficiently.
  • MSP Transition Management: Manage the transition of IT Service Desk services to a new MSP, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to SLAs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT leadership, HR, business units, and vendors to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Risk & Change Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive change management initiatives to support adoption.
  • Project Governance: Follow the established project governance, tracking progress, budget, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for improved IT and HR service delivery, automation, and operational efficiency.

Life Sciences and change management is preferred. As Moveworks AI is a crucial element in IT's transformational initiative
