What You'll Do:

As the Payroll and Onboarding Administrator, you will play a key role in both team member lifecycle management and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

Payroll Administration:

  • Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing, it is essential that this is done accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Manage benefits deductions and coordinate with third-party vendors.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management as needed.


Onboarding Administration:

  • Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process for new hires, from pre-hire paperwork to the first day.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for new team members, ensuring a welcoming and smooth transition into the company.
  • Ensure all onboarding documents are completed accurately and filed appropriately.
  • Collaborate with managers to provide resources for new hires.
  • Continuously improve onboarding processes to enhance the new team member experience.


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in payroll processing and/or onboarding administration (or related roles).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with ADP payroll systems and HRIS platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Job Type:Full Time Hourly Non Exempt

Compensation:$22 to $26 per hour

Location:Kent, WA(hybrid position, 3 days in office)
