We are seeking a Solution Architect with extensive experience in .NET and Java/C# backend development, specializing in Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and test automation frameworks. This position will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the testing strategies, implement automation frameworks, and promote a culture of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD). You will have the opportunity to lead the development of automated tests, work with modern CI/CD tools, and drive the adoption of DevOps and Shift Left testing practices.

Role - Solution Architect

Location - US Remote

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in .NET and Java/C# backend development.
  • Strong experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
  • Expertise in C#, Java, Cucumber, and SpecFlow for test automation.
  • Experience automating APIs using REST Sharp.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with containers (e.g., Docker).
  • Strong Agile methodology experience.
  • Excellent coaching experience in guiding teams on QA strategies, BDD, and TDD.
  • Proven track record of creating testing strategies, shift-left testing, and continuous testing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in driving automation solutions for complex challenges.
  • Exceptional soft skills in customer management and collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in preparing QE engineering metrics and building effective dashboards.

Must-Have Skills:

  • TDD and BDD: Proficiency with TDD and BDD methodologies, with a rating of 4/5.
  • Jenkins, ADO, and Containers: Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps (ADO), and containers, with a rating of 3/5.
  • Automation Frameworks (.NET & Java): Strong experience in developing automation frameworks for .NET and Java, rated 4/5.
  • Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with Oracle Cloud (OCI) or any cloud platform, with a rating of 3/5.
  • Test Automation Tools: Experience with Playwright and AccelQ for test automation, rated 3/5.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud (OCI) or other cloud platforms.
  • Experience with Playwright or AccelQ automation tools.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare domain, particularly claims processes.
  • Experience with service virtualization and microservices testing.
