Position: AI/ML Architect Network Automation & Data Strategy (NOC Operations)
Location: Remote
Project description:
This role, part of the Network Operations Center (NOC) team, will be responsible for the Network Monitoring function supporting Care Delivery Organizations (CDOs). This position may include travel of up to 25% of the time as needed based on business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Lead architecture and automation efforts.
Act as a liaison between the NOC team and the Software Engineering team to design mock-ups.
Review and understand the big picture, engage with customers and the NOC team, and recommend key focus areas to transform the automation framework.
Define the data strategy for use in LLM (AI/ML) for chatbot capabilities.
Demonstrate familiarity with CI/CD principles and Kafka streaming solutions to design real-time NOC-focused CDO dashboards.
Build reusable reference architectures for enterprise-scale CDO dashboards.
Skills Must Have:
10+ Years of experience in Technology
Data Strategy and Automation Framework
Background in AI/ML
5+ Years of experience in design first approach with reference architectures
5+ years experience in Automation suite of products including Git, CI/CD Pipelines and Kafka
5+ years of experience in Snowflake, Apache Airflow and ETL tools (cumulative across these products)
Nice to have:
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
