Senior CyberArk and Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer
Position: Senior CyberArk and Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer Location: Missouri, USA (Flexible work options, including 100% remote or hybrid) Contract Type: Possible contract-to-hire after 6 months Eligibility: Open to USC Experience Required: 10+ years in IT, 5+ years with CyberArk PAM implementations
Key Skills Required:
CyberArk (Enterprise Password Vault, Privileged Session Manager, Central Policy Manager)
IAM (Identity and Access Management), Azure AD, AWS, Active Directory, LDAP
Cloud and on-prem environments
Familiarity with CMMC, NIST, SOX, ITAR compliance
Automation (PowerShell, Python, Java)
Privileged access policies, governance, and compliance
Leadership skills to mentor, train, and drive projects
Responsibilities:
Implement, administer, and optimize CyberArk PAM solutions
Develop and enforce IAM and PAM policies aligned with regulatory compliance
Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams on strategies
Automate PAM processes with scripting languages
Provide subject matter expertise, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
