  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

ASSYST is looking for a talented ASP.NET Core Developer with expertise in Power BI to join our client s team and contribute to exciting projects for Special Education funded applications. These applications also integrate with other agency systems, driving both business intelligence and web development forward.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using ASP.NET Core.
  • Design and implement data models and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights.
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft technologies, including C#, Visual Studio, and SQL Server (SSMS).
  • Develop and maintain Web APIs using .NET Core, with an understanding of RESTful APIs.
  • Design and maintain database schemas and demonstrate proficiency in SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Utilize Entity Framework Core for ORM-based database operations.
  • Work with TypeScript, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for front-end development.
  • Write integration tests for APIs and front-end applications, along with unit tests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficiency in ASP.NET Core and C#.
  • Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
  • Experience with SQL Server and database design.
  • Strong knowledge of unit testing frameworks and tools (e.g., xUnit, NUnit, Selenium).
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Extensive experience with Power BI, including data modeling and report/dashboard creation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and transformation using Power Query.
  • Understanding of data integration and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with Azure SQL Database and its features.
  • Experience with Angular CLI, Angular Material, and RxJS.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure.
