Product Manager with Ncino - Onsite

• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience within Financial Services, preferably in commercial banking and commercial lending.
• nCino Expertise: Working knowledge of the nCino platform, including configuration, customization, and process optimization.
• Commercial Lending Knowledge: In-depth understanding of commercial lending processes, products, and market dynamics.
• Product Management Skills: Experience with user stories, epics, and product backlogs.
• Business Analysis: Knowledge of business analysis and project delivery practices and standards across the project life cycle.
• Process Mapping: Working knowledge of business process mapping and documentation.
• Facilitation Skills: Ability to drive accurate requirements elicitation across many stakeholders.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
