The Sr. Financial Analyst for Corporate FP&A, reporting to the Sr. Director of FP&A, is a critical position responsible for preparing financial reports and projections. This role will also analyze transaction-level data to determine areas of future opportunities and risks, assist with preparing all three financial statements for the annual operating plan, and other pro-forma analyses. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior analyst to work directly with department leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a driven initiative-taker with an insatiable curiosity and high standards for excellence.

The Sr. Financial Analyst for Corporate FP&A, reporting to the Sr. Director of FP&A, is a critical position responsible for preparing financial reports and projections. Responsibilities
- Manage, update, and maintain key business models in Excel, Power BI, and/or Planful.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and build dashboards in support of the organization.
- Lead the continued development of reporting, budgeting, and forecasting efforts.
- Analyze current and past trends of key performance indicators, including areas of revenue cycle management, strategic priorities, and overall profitability.
- Create ad hoc reports to evaluate business trends and identify impacts versus the forecast and budget.
- Own key elements of our reporting ecosystem, such as Planful software administration and architecture.
- Enhance automation using your experience with data warehouses and SQL/SnowSQL.
- At least 5 years of experience in analyzing and preparing financial reporting, variance analyses, and ad-hoc financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and all three financial statements.
- Prior experience in multi-unit business models would be beneficial.
- Prior experience in healthcare would be beneficial.
- Advanced modeling skills and proficiency with Excel and Power BI.
- Prior experience with Snowflake would be beneficial.
- An initiative-taker, able to identify issues and roadblocks and take initiative in communicating and resolving issues within their area of responsibility.
- Must be a strong collaborator with advanced people skills who thrives in a close-knit team environment.
