International Accounting Manager

We are seeking an International Accounting Manager to oversee client financial operations, manage international financial reporting, and supervise bookkeeping tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, deep accounting expertise, and experience working with international clients.

• Manage and oversee client financial accounts across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Review and approve international financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Supervise the Bookkeeper, ensuring accurate transaction recording and reconciliation.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve clients’ financial health.
• Develop and implement efficient accounting policies and processes for international operations.
• Ensure compliance with international tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for international clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a client-facing role with international exposure.
• Strong knowledge of international financial reporting, tax compliance, and bookkeeping processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients across different time zones.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus but not required.
