Job Summary
Provide technical leadership in designing and developing scalable enterprise AI architectures, overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven solutions, including data pipelines, machine learning models, and intelligent automation systems while ensuring the quality, scalability, and efficiency of AI applications across the organization.
Role Accountables:
- Define and implement AI strategy to align with mid-term and long-term business objectives and drive innovation.
- Design scalable and secure AI architectures to support enterprise-wide AI initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business and technical needs and improve process efficiency
- Design, build, implement, test, and maintain scalable AI models and applications
- Develop and enforce AI governance frameworks to ensure ethical, legal, and responsible AI usage.
- Select and integrate AI tools and platforms to optimize model development and deployment
- Oversee AI model lifecycle management to ensure efficient training, deployment, support, and monitoring.
- Ensure data quality and accessibility by collaborating with data architect to build robust pipelines.
- Stay updated with AI trends and innovations to drive continuous improvement and competitiveness.
- Gather pertinent information from authorized sources to assess project requirements as related to assigned scope of work
- Monitor AI model performance and optimize based on key performance indicators and feedback.
- Provide technical consulting to users regarding AI
- Implement best practices to ensure reliability, scalability, and ethical AI implementations
- Identify and define interfaces to other software applications and functions
- Resolve internal and/or external client issues with the applications, escalating as necessary to appropriate personnel

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer applications, or related field or equivalent education/experience
- 6 years of experience in AI, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing or data science with hands-on development and deployment.
- 4 years of experience in leveraging large-scale data to drive business solutions
- 8 years of experience in design and deployment of enterprise applications, through project life cycles
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools like Oracle OCI, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with generative AI applications and implementation.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms like Oracle OCI, Azure, or Google Cloud and AI-related services.
- Expertise in data architecture and engineering for AI-driven solutions, including SQL, NoSQL, and big data technologies.
- Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment and automation.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, governance, and compliance regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to design and optimize AI solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with data mapping, and data science techniques
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a project or multiple projects on time, from concept through deployment
- Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts
- Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills
- Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in Oracle eBusiness Suite Applications and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud and Oracle Business Intelligence tools
