Position Summary
The Director of Rural Outpatient Initiatives provides the leadership and strategic planning of the rural outpatient services and programs offered to the region, building partnerships, opening services, ensuring programs meet the needs of the communities identified. Responsibilities include the overall administrative processes and management systems for all rural outpatient services offered, promotion and maintenance of a rural programs, and development and implementation of outpatient telehealth treatment programs.

Qualifications
Education: Masters Degree from an accredited program related to mental health or nursing.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years experience in advanced outpatient/management practice.
License: Appropriate state licensure is required.
Additional Requirements: 30-50% Travel Required.
