Software Developer (Lead) SAP BTP IS (CPI) Middleware

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP IS (CPI) Middleware Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust integration solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform Integration Suite (CPI). This role requires a strong background in middleware technologies, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented mindset to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and key stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements.
• Build and maintain integration flows, data mappings, and transformations to facilitate seamless data exchange between SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration processes to ensure high availability and peak performance.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to maintain the quality and reliability of solutions.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
• Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and advancements in SAP BTP and middleware technologies.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of middleware development experience, focusing on SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, enterprise application integration (EAI), and middleware technologies.
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing integration flows using SAP CPI.
  Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with SAP Cloud Platform, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and various SAP modules.
• Expertise in web services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSLT, JSON, and other data formats.
• Understanding of security standards (OAuth, SAML, SSL/TLS) and best practices.
  Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex integration issues.
• Effective communication skills (written & verbal) to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP CPI certification.
Experience with other middleware platforms like Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or IBM Integration Bus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
