Fully Remote Pega System Architects

We are seeking experienced Pega Senior Systems Architects (SSA) and Pega Lead System Architects to support enterprise-level solutions using Pega PRPC and related technologies. The ideal candidates must be Pega CSSA/CLSA certified and hold an active IRS MBI clearance. The SSA will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Pega-based solutions in alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Lead Pega application development projects, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and optimize application performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications and integrations.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on Pega best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, including IRS guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications and solutions.
  • Participate in Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Pega CSSA or CLSA certification (Mandatory).
  • Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) clearance (Mandatory).
  • 5+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development and architecture.
  • Experience with Pega 8.x and knowledge of the latest Pega features and capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Pega integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JMS, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Pega Case Management, Decision Rules, and BPM solutions.
  • Familiarity with Java, SQL, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Understanding of cloud-based Pega implementations (AWS, Azure, or other platforms).
  • Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD pipeline knowledge.
