Job Description: We are seeking a Senior System Administrator with expert-level proficiency in Monday.com to join our team. As a Monday.com Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and troubleshooting all aspects of the platform, ensuring that it aligns with business requirements and operational needs. You will be the go-to expert for using Monday.com s full range of features, from workflows to automations, and ensure the platform is leveraged effectively across departments.
Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator with advanced expertise in Monday.com (minimum 3+ years).
• Strong understanding of Monday.com workflows, automation, tabs, and integration capabilities.
• Hands-on experience designing custom boards, automations, and workflows to streamline business processes.
• Ability to solve complex problems, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and provide strategic guidance for Monday.com implementation.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and train team members.
• Experience integrating Monday.com with other project management tools, CRMs, and cloud-based platforms.
• Excellent troubleshooting and support skills, able to resolve user inquiries and issues promptly.
• Strong attention to detail with a process-driven approach to problem-solving and platform optimization.
• Knowledge of API usage, data imports/exports, and system integrations is a plus.
• Relevant certifications or formal training in Monday.com or similar project management platforms is a plus.
