We are looking for developers with experience in user interfaces, infrastructure, and/or tools supporting applications on Android using the Android SDK. Software Engineer, Mobile Responsibilities

Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, design & research) to build new and innovative application experiences for Android
Implement custom native user interfaces using the latest Android programming techniques
Build reusable Android software components for interfacing with our back-end platforms
Analyze and optimize UI and infrastructure application code for quality, efficiency, and performance
Complete tasks (medium to large size) independently
Write & review test cases for feature development

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of programming experience in a relevant language
1+ years experience building Android applications in Java or Kotlin using Android SDK
Experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques
Experience with multithreading programming and mobile memory management

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years experience building complex applications targeting iOS in production using its native languages and frameworks
1+ years experience building web applications using Core web technologies: HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
