What you will do:

  • Design, develop, and implement Apex, Lightning components, Flows, and other Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
  • Utilize Salesforce's configuration capabilities, such as creating custom reports, dashboards, workflows, and validation rules
  • Understands and can apply Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Console Apps, Lightning Pages, Actions, Flows, Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Queues, Assignment Rules, Email to Case, Milestones/SLAs, Omni-channel
  • Implement Salesforce data integration patterns, effectively synchronizing data between Salesforce and external systems
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, perform quality assurance checks, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support during testing and deployment phases, and ensuring the stability and performance of Salesforce applications
  • Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines in Salesforce using industry best practices

What you will need to be successful:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with proficiency in Java or C# development
  • A minimum of 6 years of Salesforce declarative and custom development experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Omni-Channel, and custom development using Apex
  • Strong competency in declarative configuration and Lightning components
  • Experience with integrations between Salesforce and external systems
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data integration patterns and CI/CD tools
