As a Scouting Operations Associate, you'll join a passionate team dedicated to maintaining accuracy and integrity in fast-paced environments. You'll play a role in training and developing our live data collection team, facilitating training programs, assisting with administrative tasks, and contributing to a positive learning environment. Your role will be critical in ensuring the reliability of data feeds for college and professional sports, supporting operations and decision-making, and fostering continuous improvement and personal growth.

What you’ll do as a Scouting Operations Associate

  • Assist in designing, developing, and implementing training programs and materials, including courses, presentations, and resources.
  • Conduct training sessions and hands-on practice to ensure high-quality data collection.
  • Generate performance reports, coach performance, and gather feedback from scouts to improve training content and tools.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, while providing one-on-one coaching and support to data collection scouts to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Maintain training records, tracking attendance, progress, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and customize programs.
  • Coordinate training schedules, communications, and provide administrative support, including data entry and document management.


What you’ll bring

  • In-depth knowledge of American sports, particularly NFL, NBA, College Football, and College Basketball, along with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong presentation and facilitation skills to engage participants effectively.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and comfortable using various software applications.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative environment
