- Compile construction loan files with the approved advance schedule and all the supporting documentation. Manage construction inspection process and maintain construction files by updating advance schedules and compiling construction advance packet. Disburse construction advances and all construction documentation.
- Support the Credit Administration Leader by soliciting bids, ordering appraisals, and communicating with the lending staff through the process. Process appraisal invoices, update the internal tracking of invoices and verify receipt of payment from customer.
- Perform a variety of duties to support the Credit Administration Department with various construction and appraisal reports.
- Provide significant support to Senior Credit Administration Manager, Credit Administration Assistant Manager, Construction Loan Manager, and Credit Administration Leader. Complete various credit administration reports assigned. Responsible for monthly default and semi-annual USDA reporting.
- Support the Credit Administration Representative with creating, maintaining, imaging, and reviewing credit files containing financial information and documentation for larger loans and commercial customers and Covenant Tracking report.
- Constructively interact with customers, coworkers and Relationship Managers, coordinating specific work tasks with others and ensure a smooth and efficient flow of information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn position-related software.
- Ability to use general office equipment.
- Willingness to obtain notary as deemed necessary. (preferred)
- Knowledge of bank lending and loan processing policies and procedures. (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
- One year of job-related experience.
