RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a remote Producer candidate who is fluent in Mandarin Chinese for a client based in Redmond, Washington (WA). The Producer will be coordinating across teams to deliver products and features at quality on-time and achieve our go-to-market goals, including content, events, testing, localization, and user engagement.
Responsibilities:
* Communicate and collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders and external partners, often in both English and Mandarin Chinese
* Review and provide informed feedback on development schedules and roadmaps
* Identify, communicate, track, and report on the tasks & work items assigned to you, including status and updates on critical work items to key stakeholders regularly
* Providing flexible assistance for other Producers as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required
* 3-7 years of experience required (sponsor is flexible)
* Development experience in needed language or technology (e.g. - Websphere, Informatica etc.)
* Hands-on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large scale projects from end-to-end
* Hands-on experience in following the iterative and agile SDLC
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
