As the Project Manager you will report to the Executive Vice President of Platform Operations and will partner closely with the Executive Leadership team to manage the design and implementation of several new technology platforms that enhance patient experience and supports the digital transformation of clinical operations. The Position

As the Project Manager you will report to the Executive Vice President of Platform Operations and will partner closely with the Executive Leadership team to manage the design and implementation of several new technology platforms that enhance patient experience and supports the digital transformation of clinical operations. The Project Manager is responsible for establishing and executing project plans using known project management methodologies leveraging the use of gap analysis, defining scope and resource needs, partnering with technology vendors, and change leadership.
Responsibilities
- Assumes primary responsibility for project leadership and for facilitating completion and communication on all project deliverables, including project timelines and milestones, status reporting, resource plans, and phase-driven schedules across all Panorama locations.
- Develops project plans, task dependencies, schedules, and critical path analysis. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of projects and provides quality assurance checks throughout project timeline.
- Provides regular, professional, and appropriate communications to project team members, and senior leadership. Proactively identify, track, and resolve issues, risks and dependencies associated with projects managed, and communicate risks and issues to the project team and senior leadership. Identify and implement issue resolutions. Lead risk management identification and mitigation plans.
- Possess and demonstrates knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, facilitation skills, and change management techniques.
- Responsible for partnering with organizational leaders to define and design operational and/or policy-based solutions that support technology, define comprehensive change management strategies, managing the implementation and integration with operational departments, and establishing metrics of long-term project success.
- Assists with creating system roadmaps, SOPs, and related training. Provides onsite support during pilots and go-live.
- Assists with creation of data models, mapping of interface elements, and system testing.
- Responsible for managing, planning and implementation of technology solutions, including requirements definition, system design, testing, deployment, training, and communication to align with organization needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Experience using program and project processes and methodologies and implementing processes, and projects across multiple levels of the organization.
- Experience working successfully with both technical personnel and non-technical customers and staff.
- Systems implementation project experience including requirements gathering, business process design and workflow, testing and user acceptance, deployment, and organizational change management and communications.
- A self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication abilities; analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to ask questions or perform research to develop a deep technical understanding.
- A team player that motivates project teams, drives project to success, and influences cross-functional teams without direct reporting responsibility.
- A high degree of perseverance, adaptability, and tolerance for ambiguity. Comfortable shifting focus as project priorities shift or unexpected events arise.
- Ability to work under deadline pressures and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and other employees.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and work with potentially sensitive information.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management within the Healthcare Industry.
- Previous experience leading IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Advanced competency in project management software and MS Office suite.
- Experience with best practice project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall required.
- Experience with electronic medical record software implementation preferred.
- Eye care industry experience preferred.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to perform computer-based work for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to drive between company locations.
- This is a Full-Time position based in Lakewood, CO.
- Compensation for this role will be $90,000-$120,000 annually based on experience/certification.
