Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Leadership & Oversight: Full accountability for financial operations, including accounting, controlling, planning, budgeting, and cash flow management
  • Strategic Business Partnering: Drive financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize cost structures across North and South America
  • Transformation & Digitalization: Lead ERP system implementation, financial process harmonization, and automation initiatives
  • Mergers & Acquisitions: Support M&A activities, ensuring effective due diligence and seamless post-merger integration
  • Leadership & Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team while fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration

Your Profile

  • Extensive financial leadership experience in international, complex environments, ideally at a regional or global level
  • Proven track record in financial transformation, ERP implementation, and shared services centralization
  • Strong expertise in accounting, controlling, treasury, compliance, and digital finance
  • Background in mobility-related industries, such as automotive, commercial vehicles, capital goods, or infrastructure
  • Fluent English, Spanish is a plus for communication across the region
  • Excellent leadership, strategic, and intercultural communication skills
