We are advancing our journey into product discovery and are in search of an exceptional Product Coach with relevant experience. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience as a Product Manager or Product Designer.
  • Have led previous product transformations.
  • Possess a growth mindset with excellent listening skills, capable of facilitating difficult conflict resolutions leading to constructive decisions.
  • Be able to transition feature teams into product teams, teaching them to discover solutions worth building.
  • Be able to run prioritization sessions with product leaders, should be familiar with various techniques to find the best value at a given time & capacity.
  • Motivate product teams to foster open communication and innovation, establishing a strong product culture, enhancing team morale.
  • Be adept in market research techniques, product OKR definition, and KPIs.
  • Have defined/created/ coached Product Vision, Product Strategy, POD Objectives, and Team Topology.
  • Guide senior leadership through the mindset shift from feature to product teams, while comfortably engaging with engineers, designers, and product managers.
  • Be familiar with agile frameworks, product metrics and Agile tools.
