Role: Administrative Assistant
Location: Raleigh
Duration: 6+ Months
Work Environment: Combined office and remote work setup, offering flexibility to work from home and in-office as needed. Location: Chicago, Austin, or Raleigh
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of administrative duties while adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
Manage highly confidential and critical tasks to support Cisco leaders.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally, including customers and partners.
Manage calendars for two or more Directors/Senior Directors across multiple time zones.
Organize and plan meetings, including preparing agendas, securing locations, and confirming logistics.
Utilize knowledge of global time zones and cultural/religious holidays in managing calendars and events.
Coordinate travel arrangements and manage related expenses.
Provide analytical support for special projects as needed.
Contribute to or plan events such as team activities, company-wide workshops, offsites, and trainings.
Required Qualifications:
Prior experience working as an administrative assistant at Cisco is highly preferred.
Experience supporting senior management or executives (5+ years).
Associate's degree required, bachelor s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field. preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Familiarity with global time zones and cultural considerations.
