  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:
The Senior Data Analyst for Population Health plays a critical role in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that drive meaningful business decisions and strategies to improve care provided by the organization. This role requires a blend of business acumen and technical proficiency to interpret complex data and support Population Health goals. This role requires experience with the Arcadia business intelligence platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required;
  • 6 or greater years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence;
  • Must have experience using Arcadia Business Intelligence platform;
  • Experience in the healthcare industry (e.g. insurance health plan, physician practice, or hospital performing health plan and hospital/physician financial analysis) and familiarity with EHR, preferably Epic, applications including financial and clinical data;
  • Expertise in MS Excel with proficiency using formulas, PivotTables, linked worksheets, graphing and other reporting and presentation features;
  • Expertise with SQL and relational database concepts. Specific experience with PostgreSQL within AWS preferred;
  • Proficiency with data visualization software (Tableau, PowerBI Amazon QuickSight, or other industry-standard data visualization software);
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical.
