Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of cross-functional initiatives to drive the understanding and adoption of customer and clinical advanced analytic technologies within the organization, utilizing experimentation and scaling techniques.
  • Develop a rigorous and detailed understanding of our how our Customer and Clinical Analytics organization enables the business (products, services, etc.)
  • Develop a rigorous and detailed understanding of our Analytics and Business KPIs driving business outcome, by product, services; being able to link our strategy and execution to measurable, quantitative and qualitative outcomes.
  • Ability to think and connect our strategy and execution to measurable outcomes.
  • Develop a coherent and comprehensive set of strategies leveraging Customer and Clinical Advanced Analytics, utilizing a growing variety of methods and technologies, to advance business objectives, enhance value propositions, create new revenue streams, strengthen competitive advantage and optimize operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with Analytics and business leaders influencing outcomes through effective verbal and written communication skills including planning and facilitating workshops, developing compelling senior-level presentations and other highly visible communications.
  • Own key strategic initiatives including defining scope, planning, executing and reporting to key stakeholders on progress, opportunities and value delivered.
  • Conduct analyses to identify business use cases, capability requirements, and digital, technology & data dependencies to support our key strategic analytic initiatives.
  • Perform various financial/quantitative analyses including the development of investment business cases, return-on-investment analyses, valuation exercises, P&L impact assessments, etc.
  • Interpret business feedback and results to succinctly create compelling recommendations and solutions for senior leadership sponsorship and buy-in.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Skills-Strategy Planning, Healthcare/Clinical, Data Analytics & Reporting, Program Manager and Statistical Modelling.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Sciences, Math, Statistics or other related field. MS / MBA / PhD preferred.
  • Healthcare or business consulting experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics and/or business strategy.
  • Experience in corporate strategy, data and analytics strategy, general consulting and other related fields with a history of demonstrated business success.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and interpret sophisticated quantitative analyses and synthesize the results into implications and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Experienced in developing and analysing complex financial models and other quantitative assessments including health services KPIs, ROI, P&L, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of shaping messages appropriately for a senior-level audience and proficiency using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Significant exposure to statistical modelling, machine learning, LLM.
