Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with strong SQL expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing reports, and providing insights to support business decisions. Experience with Power BI and/or SSIS is a plus. Additionally, candidates with a background in healthcare data will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI (or other visualization tools) to present insights.
  • Work with large datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Assist in ETL processes and data integration using SSIS (if applicable).
  • Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into data solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations (if applicable), such as HIPAA.
  • Provide documentation and support for database/reporting processes.

Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (writing, optimizing queries, stored procedures, and joins).
  • Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Ability to interpret and analyze complex datasets.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Knowledge of SSIS for ETL processes.
  • Healthcare data experience (claims, EHR, patient records, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance in healthcare.
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
Estimated pay low $80,000
Estimated pay high $100,000
