HR MANAGER

Tracy, CA

5 Days Onsite

Must have: Bi-lingual/fluent Spanish speaker required

Skills and Requirements
  • Perform a variety of duties and activities of a general and specialized nature in support of the Human Resources Department.
  • Provide technical human resources management services.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, timely delivery of projects and highly organized.
  • Willingness to take initiative and drive results.
  • Can work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Available for occasional overtime or weekend work.
Experience / Education
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required and 6 plus years human resource experience; a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and five years experience in the HR field; or ten years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of human resources functions and procedures.
  • Thorough understanding of Federal/State employment laws (e.g., EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, Unemployment Insurance Administration, and Worker's Compensation).
  • Experience in Classification & Compensation, Benefits Administration, and Recruitment.
  • Project Management experience (I.e., such as conducting a wage survey or helping with revising handbook policies).
  • Experience with project management and delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Experience with managing complex employee relations issues.
  • Experience synthesizing data and providing effective solutions for employee retention and other HR interventions.
  • Bi-lingual/fluent Spanish speaker required
