Job Description:
- Minimum experience 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow Platform.
- Must have an experience on ITOM: Proven experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules, particularly Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and/or Cloud Provisioning and Governance
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Provisioning and Governance).
- Leverage ServiceNow ITOM best practices to improve operational efficiency and provide proactive support for IT infrastructure.
- Conduct impact analysis and troubleshooting for ServiceNow ITOM components, ensuring smooth integration with other ServiceNow modules and third-party systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver end-to-end ITOM solutions, focusing on incident, event, change, and problem management
- Work on ServiceNow Discovery, including configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, etc.) and their integration with ServiceNow ITOM
- Experience in the configuration, customization, and administration of ServiceNow
- Ability to perform troubleshooting and resolution of ITOM-related issues.
- Ability to design and implement complex solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow orchestration and automation
Should be certified in any of the following.
- CIS ITOM
- CIS Discovery
- CIS Service Mapping
- CIS Event Management
- CIS Cloud Provisioning and Governance
Must have certificates excluding the ones above are
- CSA
- CAD
