MINIMUM TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business system analysis and design.
  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree
  • At least five (5) years of experience in working with large healthcare organizations ( large healthcare organizations is defined as a healthcare organization with three (3) or more locations which provide direct patient care).

Desired Qualifications:

  • At least five (5) years of experience developing and presenting recommendations and findings to stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • at least five (5) years of experience leading requirement gathering interviews or joint application design (JAD) sessions, project planning.
  • At least five (5) years of experience identifying and specifying business requirements for new or enhanced systems.
  • At least five (5) years of experience working on large-scale, complex IT projects. ( large-scale" is defined as IT system integration projects having greater than 1,000 system users. "Complex IT Projects is defined as a multi-segmented environment consisting of two (2) or more disparate sites/locations.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in performing business analysis to support the CA State Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) processes and related documents.
  • At least five (5) years of experience performing business analysis within the Agile framework.
  • At least five (5) years of experience developing workflows/roadmaps in MS Visio.
  • At least five (5) years of experience using JIRA and ServiceNow.
  • At least five (5) years of experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
