This role requires deep expertise in Market Abuse Trade Surveillance solutions, particularly TradingHub and NASDAQ SMARTS. The consultant will be responsible for system setup, configuration of rules and parameters, and ensuring a seamless implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of TradingHub and NASDAQ SMARTS for Market Abuse Trade Surveillance.
  • Oversee the initial system setup, rule configuration, and parameter adjustments to align with regulatory and business requirements.
  • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to define best practices for surveillance methodologies and risk management.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing trading and compliance systems.
  • Provide strategic guidance and hands-on expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Extensive experience in Trade Surveillance and Market Abuse solutions within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing TradingHub and NASDAQ SMARTS in a similar capacity.
  • Strong background in solution architecture, project management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to collaborate with business and technology teams to drive implementation success.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of trade monitoring, regulatory reporting, and compliance frameworks.
  • Expertise in configuring and fine-tuning trade surveillance rules and alerts.
  • Familiarity with financial market structures and trading workflows.
