Position Title: Oracle Cloud Analyst

Our NY healthcare client is looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Analyst to join a team of Oracle Cloud experts working on the implementation and post go-live support of the Benefits module within the Oracle Cloud software. During the implementation product, this person will be responsible for the build and configuration of all Benefits plans required (Medical, Pension, Retirement Plans, etc.). Post go-live this position will provide post production support, assist with knowledge transfer activities and help ensure an overall smooth transition process to the software. This role requires onsite availability in the New York City area once / Twice per week.

General tasks and responsibilities will include:

Provide functional support and configuration expertise to the team for the Oracle Cloud Benefits module.

Involved in all testing phases and issue resolution for the project

Experience of ORACLE Cloud is a must with at least 3 implementations on the Benefits module

Partner with HRSS personnel to support business operations and satisfy user inquiries, resolve issues and support applications.

Collaborate with peers and customers to deliver solutions

Work with other EITS teams during downtimes, SQL server updates, Epic upgrades

Perform other work as assigned
