We are seeking an experienced BSS Practice - Sr. Consultant / Lead Consultant to drive Enterprise Telecom Business Solutions, Architecture, and Delivery. The ideal candidate will work in a consulting and advisory capacity, leading telecom transformation programs, optimizing BSS applications, and modernizing telecom business support systems (BSS) for enterprise clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Telecom Consulting & Advisory: Provide strategic consulting and problem-solving in the Telecom BSS domain.
  • Solution Implementation: Drive solutioning, implementation, and governance for Telecom Transformation Programs.
  • Application Portfolio Optimization (APO): Lead optimization efforts and implement business-centric testing practices.
  • BSS Modernization: Explore modernization opportunities, conduct PoCs, and develop business cases and proposals.
  • Technical Solutioning: Lead BSS application stack technical solutions for customers, prospects, and RFx opportunities in the US.
  • Business Development: Drive account mining, generate leads, and contribute to capability building and reusable asset creation.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 14+ years in IT within the telecom domain, focusing on BSS across retail, enterprise, and wholesale LOBs.
  • Consulting Expertise: 5+ years in customer advisory roles across BSS stacks.
  • Architectural Proficiency: Strong experience in business architecting, IT solution design, enterprise integrations, and legacy modernization.
  • Industry Standards: Proficiency in eTOM, SID, TAM models, GSMA standards, and TMF architecture & integration frameworks (ODA, NaaS, Open API).
  • Hands-on Experience: Architecture design/consulting expertise with at least one of Amdocs, Netcracker, CSG, Sigma E2E BSS stack.
  • Strategic Implementation: Extensive experience in product rollouts, technology recommendations, risk management, fault tolerance, and resilient architectures.
  • E-commerce & Customer Experience: Expertise in omnichannel transformations, customer experience improvements, and governance & policy management.
