- Assist in performing clerical & office tasks such as filing, keeping records, and typing for public housing residents and Section 8 tenants; may answer telephones, make referrals, take messages, and assist the Assistant Director
- May assist with incoming and outgoing Print Shop requests, including ad hoc requests for community events and celebrations at various NYCHA developments
- Receive training and assist in printing programs, flyers, posters, and booklets for all NYCHA developments and departments for community-related events and knowledge
- Assist department secretary in daily/weekly scheduling of chauffeur request.
- Meter incoming mail (add postage) from various departments and developments.
- For NYCHA employees: employees applying for transfer, promotional, title or level change opportunities must have served a period of one year at current location and in current title and level (if applicable).
