Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect with 9 to 15+ years of overall experience, including a minimum of 4-5 years as a ServiceNow Developer and at least 3 years as an Architect. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow modules, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work with global teams in an onshore-offshore model.


Key Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow Expertise: Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, SPS, SPM, and other relevant modules.
  • Business Analysis & Documentation: Act as a Business Analyst, capturing user stories, translating requirements into technical solutions, and managing documentation.
  • Cloning & Upgrades: Lead and execute cloning and upgrade activities to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with best practices and project goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Global Collaboration: Work with international teams to drive key initiatives and project success.
  • Process Improvement: Apply ITIL processes and best practices to enhance ServiceNow implementations.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 9-15+ years of overall experience, with 4-5+ years as a ServiceNow Developer and 3+ years as an Architect.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, and SPS modules.
  • Leadership: Proven track record in team management and mentoring.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work extended hours as needed.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow certifications and ITIL knowledge preferred.
