About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Architect to design, implement, and optimize scalable and personalized marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SFMC, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, AMPscript, and integrations with Salesforce CRM and other platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce CRM and other enterprise systems.
  • Lead the design and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns using Journey Builder, Email Studio, SMS, Push Notifications, and Social Studio.
  • Develop and optimize dynamic email templates, customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and automation workflows to drive engagement.
  • Customize solutions using AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL to enhance personalization and automation.
  • Define data models and integrations, leveraging Data Extensions, API integrations, and ETL processes to manage customer data efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to gather requirements, align strategies, and drive business outcomes.
  • Ensure best practices in security, compliance, and performance optimization within SFMC implementations.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, leveraging SFMC reporting tools and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Provide training and mentorship to marketing and technical teams on SFMC capabilities and best practices.
