One of our Fortune 200 Partners in the manufacturing industry, leader in commercial & residential HVAC, is seeking a Global Salesforce Architect to join their Digital Sales and Service (DSS) Center of Excellence (COE) team. Through centralized investment in technology, talent, and business transformation, the team aims to solidify the company's position as a leader in sales enablement, service, digital commerce and MarTech spaces. This person will collaborate and work closely with the product, engineering, and implementation teams to meet roadmap and new initiative commitments. REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience with a strong focus in Salesforce
• Extensive hands-on technical Salesforce development background
• Hands on experience with DevOps tools/best practices for Salesforce platform (CI/CD pipelines, version control) Copado strongly preferred
• Experience guiding cross-functional, global teams executive leadership presentations, leading solutions for development teams, collaborating with product, etc.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills managing large-scale projects (planning, execution, delivery, scope, budget, etc.)
• B.S. degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Salesforce Certified Architect or similar advanced Salesforce certifications
• Salesforce CPQ experience
• Industrial/manufacturing software experience
• Experience with Shopify integrations

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with business teams to understand and translate business requirements into solutions that align with the company s business goals and objectives and will become the global standard for all business units.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the Salesforce platforms including Service Max, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Salesforce Communities.
• Design scalable and robust solutions leveraging Salesforce and ServiceMax to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency w/ a strong focus on Sales Cloud & Manufacturing Cloud
• Oversee and mentor a global remote team of senior developers and other technical resources, providing guidance on best practices, development methodologies, and team management.
• Work closely with business leaders (GM s, VP s, and P/L Leads), IT teams, and external delivery partners to understand needs, gather requirements, estimate effort, and deliver effective solutions.
• Lead the integration of Salesforce and ServiceMax platforms across various business units, ensuring seamless data flow and process optimization.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across the organization.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the enterprise architecture framework.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs, processes, and integrations to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
