- Oversee the complete silicon product supply chain, from wafer procurement to the delivery of finished goods.
- Formulate and implement a strategic five-year supply chain plan that drives operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Management to accurately predict demand across various timeframes.
- Develop a comprehensive wafer supply strategy that aligns with our financial and supply objectives.
- Manage relationships and operations with contract manufacturers to ensure efficient production processes.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction while meeting operational and financial goals.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and logistics partners at a global scale.
- Monitor and enhance key performance indicators within the supply chain.
- Administer the capital and operational budget necessary for effective supply chain functioning.
- Cultivate and lead teams to meet the challenges of rapid growth and scalability.
- Extensive experience in supply chain management with a proven track record in supplier management and cost optimization.
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly in executing large-scale, multi-year contracts.

- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, supply chain management, logistics, engineering, or a related discipline.
