  • If designated as Network Liaison, align clinical pharmacy practices with strategic organizational goals, promoting the advancement of clinical pharmacy.

Required Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of managed care principles, pharmacy benefit management, and pharmaceutical reimbursement.
  • Proficient understanding of clinical pharmaceutical practices.
  • Ability to critically evaluate clinical literature and apply principles of evidence-based medicine.
  • Competence in designing and reviewing pharmacy claims analysis reports.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent customer service abilities.
  • Capacity to work effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, negotiation, and consensus-building.
  • Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited pharmacy program.
  • Must hold a current (or be eligible for) unrestricted pharmacist license in Oregon.
  • Possess advanced pharmacy training such as PharmD, residency, fellowship, board certification, or a master’s degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a clinical pharmacist in pharmaceutical care management, which can include residency experience.
