- Obtain and preserve critical evidence through interviews and data analysis
- Analyze investigative information to identify trends and recommend risk mitigation strategies
- Update the company's case management system with the status and outcomes of investigations
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in an investigative position
- Proven excellence in interviewing and conducting internal investigations
- Strong oral and written communication skills with timely report execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Significant experience analyzing information to identify potential issues and violations
- Additional certifications related to investigations or compliance
- Experience in corporate governance or risk management
- Familiarity with corporate security policies and procedures
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data
- Background in legal or regulatory compliance matters
