What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Plan, organize, and conduct investigations of alleged or suspected corporate policy violations
  • Conduct a wide range of investigations, including theft, fraud, and employee misconduct
  • Obtain and preserve critical evidence through interviews and data analysis
  • Analyze investigative information to identify trends and recommend risk mitigation strategies
  • Update the company's case management system with the status and outcomes of investigations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in an investigative position
  • Proven excellence in interviewing and conducting internal investigations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with timely report execution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Significant experience analyzing information to identify potential issues and violations

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Additional certifications related to investigations or compliance
  • Experience in corporate governance or risk management
  • Familiarity with corporate security policies and procedures
